My client is a major custom molder for the medical industry.  We seek a sales professional 10+ years outside sales experience with a custom injection molder.  Experience to the diagnostic, life science, and related fields preferred.  Responsibilities will include some territorial work in New England, as well as account-based  responsibilities in other areas.  The mission of this key addition to the sales team will be the maintenance and growth of established business accounts as well as generating new customers.

My client is a 60+ year old multi-plant manufacturer of mainly rubber and some plastic custom components.  They are in an expansion mode and currently seek three sales people.  Two are in the traditional black rubber custom components, and the third is a specialist in the sale of rubber to metal bonding.  To be considered, you MUST have a minimum of five years outside sales experience in traditional custom molded rubber components or custom molded rubber to metal bonding experience.

My client is a well-established custom manufacturer of  silicone rubber and elastomeric components for the analytical instrumentation, telecommunications, medical diagnostic, industrial controls, and aerospace industries.  They  provide in-house custom molding, die cutting, and water jet cutting capabilities through ISO9001-2000 quality management systems.

The position of Sales Manager reports directly to the firm's President, and will be a key figure in growing the business substantially. The selected person will provide management to direct sales personnel as well as independent manufacture's representatives.  Duties will include managing key account, joint calls with sales personnel, management of customer service, and close work with  application engineers.

To be considered, you should be degreed (BSME preferred), with a minimum of five years successful experience  as a sales manager  in custom molded rubber components, or a senior sales person with ten years experience in custom molded rubber components and "management ready".

Base salary $100K with bonus program of $35K, car, benefits, expenses, and relocation program (if necessary).
